You sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

You agree not to misuse the service. You will not:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its systems;
• Build a competing product using the service, or scrape or mine its content;
• Transmit viruses, spam, or other malicious material.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the presentations you create. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and store your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. The service name, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

Some features consume credits. New accounts receive a free starting balance. Conversions cost credits per unit (for example, one credit per image in a PNG to PPT conversion).

Credits are debited only after a successful operation. Paid plans and credit packages, where offered, are billed through our payment provider and may renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply based on your location.

If you encounter a problem with a paid purchase, contact us within a reasonable window after the charge with the details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Unused credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law, non-refundable.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we do not sell your personal data.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated or converted output will meet your needs. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or as otherwise required by law.

These Terms are in effect while you use the service. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any business reason with reasonable notice where feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you other rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes that adversely affect you will be communicated in advance where practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
