Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 2, 2026

This policy defines the content standards and AI-generation rules that protect our customers, service, and community.

Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every SlidePilot product, service, website, feature, and AI-generation capability. It applies to prompts, uploaded material, generated outputs, stored content, public activity, and communications with our team.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws. This policy supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Use.

Prohibited content

You must not generate, upload, distribute, store, display, or otherwise use any of the following content or submit a prompt requesting it:

  • NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including any request to generate such content through AI features;
  • Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. We have zero tolerance for such content and will report it to the relevant authorities;
  • Non-consensual sexual imagery or "deepfake" content that sexually depicts real people;
  • Graphic violence, gore, or gratuitous violent content;
  • Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics;
  • Terrorist or violent-extremist content;
  • Content that infringes intellectual-property rights or is designed to plagiarize another work;
  • Malware, phishing pages, or other technically harmful material;
  • Content that doxxes people or otherwise violates their privacy;
  • Content that facilitates illegal activity;
  • Impersonation or deceptive use of another person’s identity;
  • Misinformation created to deceive people about material facts.

AI-generation rules

All prompt-based AI-generation requests are automatically screened by a content-moderation service before generation. Requests that violate this policy are blocked and are not forwarded to our generation models.

You must not attempt to bypass screening through obfuscation, encoding, roleplay framing, prompt injection, or splitting a prohibited request into sequential prompts.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing generated outputs before you use, publish, or distribute them.

Enforcement

We may block content or prompts, suspend or terminate accounts, and remove generated content when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Where permitted, we may also report violations to authorities, regulators, payment providers, or other affected parties.

No refund will be issued for access terminated because of a violation, except where a refund is required by law or our payment-provider obligations.

Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behavior that appears to violate this policy, report it promptly through our Contact page or by emailing the team at the address shown in the website footer. Please include relevant details without sending unnecessary copies of prohibited material.

Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is identified by its effective date. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
