Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 19, 2026

This policy explains when and how we refund purchases of subscription plans and credit packs. It supplements our Terms of Use at /terms, and all payments are completed through our payment provider.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid purchases on SlidePilot: subscription plans and credit packs. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for each transaction.

Free credits — sign-up bonuses and daily check-in rewards — were never purchased. They have no cash value and are never refundable or transferable.

2. Subscriptions & renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. To cancel, contact us through the Contact page or simply reply to your purchase receipt. Cancellation stops all future charges, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 14 days of the charge. If you made little or no use of the service in that billing period, we will refund the charge in full.

3. Credit packs

A credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided only a minor portion of its credits has been used. Once a significant portion of the credits in a pack has been consumed, the pack is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us through the Contact page or at the email address shown in the website footer;
  • Include the email address on your account, the order ID from your receipt, and the date and amount of the charge;
  • Briefly tell us what went wrong — it helps us improve and usually speeds up the review.

We review every request and reply with the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights. Where such law applies, we honor it.

6. Cases we cannot refund

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Credits consumed before the refund request was made (see Credit packs above);
  • Renewal charges where the service was substantially used during the billing period;
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge, except where required by law or by our payment-provider obligations.

If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve the issue faster, and duplicate disputes can slow refunds down.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is identified by its "last updated" date, and refunds are governed by the version in effect on the date of the charge.
